The UF Office of Clinical Research (OCR) Training team loves to work “face-to-face” with new UF OnCore and Epic research users, especially when they need help with their first “real study”. Our most popular consults involve showing new users how to:
- Review the OnCore protocol calendar and budget
- Enter an IRB review into OnCore
- Open the study to accrualin OnCore
- Register new subjects
- Place research orders & encounters in Epic
- Check-in visits
- Enter visit variations and deviations
