The Integrated Data Repository (IDR) is a large-scale database used to collect, store, and report on information from across UF Health’s clinical and research enterprises. The IDR is managed by the UF Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI) and UF Health Information Technology.

- To gain access to IDR data, connect with the IDR research team by emailing IRBDataRequest@ahc.ufl.edu or completing the IDR Request Form.

- The IDR research team provides feasibility and cohort discovery through its self-service i2b2 tool, and through custom queries run by data analysts in close consultation with research teams.
