How Can I Get to the OnCore User Guides?

The UF OnCore Support team has created a library of user guides that include web-based step-by-step instructions, tip sheets with screen shots, and demo videos.

The OnCore User Guides can be found on the OnCore Support website. For computers not on the UF Health network, VPN access is required.

From a Browser

1. Navigate to  https://ctsi-clinicalresearch-intranet.sites.medinfo.ufl.edu/.
2. From the main menu, select OnCore User Guides

From the OnCore Login Screen

1. Navigate to  https://oncore.ahc.ufl.edu/forte-platform-web/login.
2. Under the login section, click on Support Links.
3. From the drop-down select UF OnCore User Guides.

From Inside OnCore

1. In the upper right corner of the main menu bar, click on the down arrow next to your name.
2. In the drop-down menu, hover over Help.
3. From the sub-menu, select UF OnCore User Guides.

From the Office of Clinical Research Website

1. Google “UF OCR“.
2. Select the Office of Clinical Research (OCR) result.
3. Scroll down the home page to the Other OCR Websites section.
4. Click on the [OnCore Support] button.
5. From the main menu, select OnCore User Guide.
